LOW INTENSITY
Stretch Fitness
For people of all ages and health conditions, Stretch Fitness helps improve physical flexibility, increased freedom from stress and a profound sense of well-being. Unlike ordinary exercises, the exercises and positions that you adopt demand little movement. Once assumed, they are simply held while you continue to breathe normally and strive to perfect the shape.
Belly Dancing
Belly dancing relies on natural movements to gently and thoroughly exercise the whole body, especially the abdominal area, hips, and chest. It is a good form of exercise to improve flexibility, and to strengthen and tone the major muscle groups, especially in the back and abdominal areas with little or no impact. The emphasis in belly dancing is the isolation and control of muscle groups which allows the dancer to move one or more parts of her body while keeping the other parts still.
MIDDLE INTENSITY
Circuit Training
Increase your cardiovascular endurance level by intertwining aerobic cross training and resistance training. A variety of equipment is utilized to provide you with a well-rounded and intense workout.
Pilates
Pilates Body Conditioning method works by toning muscles as well as balancing muscular force at the joint level. It stimulates circulation through facilitating muscular flexibility, joint range of motion and proper musculoskeletal alignment. In addition, it promotes new neuromuscular patterns, heightened body awareness, and more precise coordination. All these things combine to help prevent future re-injury and reduce – even in some cases alleviate – chronic pain altogether.
HIGH INTENSITY
Cardio Kickboxing
Get energized – feel the power! Punch and kick your way to a fitter you. Kickboxing not only improves balance, coordination, agility, total body strength, and cardio capacity, it also increases body awareness and provides a healthy stress release. Go ahead…take a punch! Release your inner strength and experience the impact.
Cardio Dance
Cardio Dance is the pulse monitored, dance exercise way to fitness and good health. A combination of walking and dancing, the class is for non-dancers and dancers alike. The music and the movement are lively, joyful, energetic and fun.
