Trust all of you had a wonderful Valentine’s Day! Especially with all the pampering you got from your special valentine!
Well, it does not stop there at Active Red!
As most of you have come to know – Active Kickboxing Fitness Classes were specially designed for women and purely for women. We have removed all the fight element – there is no sparring, non aggressive, non combative, Perfect for women! In fact, only women were admitted into Active Kickboxing Fitness Classes since October 2011.
We realised that there have been some confusion among the men due to some miscommunications in our marketing efforts. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
To clarify this misunderstanding – all our Active Kickboxing Fitness Classes at Active Studio are officially for women only!
We will not be taking guys into these classes! The only men you will see would probably be our good-looking trainers! How cool is that? With an all women environment, you will definitely feel right at home in Active Red – you do the class at your own pace and not worry about the guys being better at it. You’ll also never feel intimidated or uncomfortable (in the presence of men)! 
But not too worry guys, we all know that with the increased popularity in Ring Sports - in both Kickboxing and MMA, we understand that you would be looking for some ‘hardcore’ fight training. We are in the process of putting together an Active Sport Kickboxing Programme for you. Of course, sparring and contact will be included. So stay tuned! You might just be able to do some hard kicking afterall at Active Red very soon!
